| In keeping with the firm's commitment to provide client oriented legal services, the firm has established a practice structure that provides the most efficient and optimal service levels for our clients. |
The firm has developed nine practice groups: Business & Corporate Counseling, Real Estate, Personal Services & Planning, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Commercial Finance & Lending, Project Development, Condominium, Cooperative & Community Associations, Employment Law and Public Utilities Regulation & Litigation. Within these practice groups, the firm has established highly trained Client Service Teams. The Client Service Teams are designed to recognize our clients' complex legal issues and are organized to address the complexities of the law which a general practice cannot encompass. |
Each practice group and Client Service Team is comprised of lawyers with experience in differing disciplines which allows the firm to offer its clients legal counseling and representation in a large variety of areas. Through the practice group and Client Service Team structure, our clients are assured access to the necessary legal talent to address and respond to their specific legal situation. |
| The firm's practice structure enables our lawyers to respond to client needs by taking a multi-disciplined and unique proactive approach in order to meet our clients' current expectations, as well as addressing and anticipating our clients' needs. This structure enables the practices to approach specific legal matters beyond client expectations. |
